Welcome to my fourth grade home page. I have been teaching for about 20 years now - 14 of them in fourth grade here in the District! I stay with this grade because I love it - the kids, the age, and the curriculum. I'm not burnt out at all, and while I hold on to what works, I am always trying new things. Along those lines, I am embarking on a new project this year - to post weekly homework, letters home and classroom notes on this page.For now, this page is designed to communicate with parents. Homework, notes, reminders, etc. will be regularly updated. Being my first attempt to link electronically with you, there will no doubt be a learning curve - please be patient! A hard copy of the weekly homework sheet, as well as any letter, will continue to go home each week.
If all goes well, I will attempt to post pictures and a classroom calendar soon.
