Zucchini Bread Recipe

Taken from the cookbook: Bats in the Pantry

3 cups grated zucchini
3 eggs beaten
2 cups sugar
3 cups wheat flour
1 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup cocunt
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Pour into 2 loaf pans.
3. Bake 1 hour at 325 F.
