Most of our school garden has been put to rest for the winter months. Students spent the month of November planting fava beans, garlic, wild flowers and more. Students also harvested and prepared many garden dishes including an amazing stirfry with this 17 pound savoy cabbage!! Garden recipes are included below.
The production beds in the south garden continue to provide lettuce and greens for the salad bar in the cafeteria.
