Cilantro & Spinach Pesto
1bunch cilantro
1 bunch spinach
½ cup olive oil
1/2c. pumpkin seeds or cashews
2 cloves garlic
1TBS lime juice
1TBS chopped ginger
½ tsp salt
1.Wash hands with soap
2. Wash cilantro & spinach. Remove most of stems.
3. Peel garlic
4. Peel ginger
5. Juice limes
6. Add all ingredients to blender and PUREE until SMOOTH.
